• A deposit of $2,800 + 1st month's rent due at time of signing rental contract

• 1 year lease

• Prior rental references required with great rental history, if you are a first time renter, parental or guardian co-signer required

• Proof of income required (last 2 paystubs or letter detailing how you have the funds to pay the rent).  Additional income verification may be required.  For use as an office space, last 2 months of bank statements will be requested for proof of funds.

• A criminal background check & credit check will be conducted for every applicant applying.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Snow removal tenant responsibility.

• Mowing/Leaf removal owner will handle.

• Securing renter's insurance is required to rent our properties & proof of insurance must be submitted prior to move in date.  We can assist you with an insurance agent recommendation.
